Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all Shalvi Fashion Home tags attached, and place them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address; please provide the package along with the printed return invoice provided in your email.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quality of the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
